NORWAY SHIPPING
All items will be shipped by Norwegian Postal Service within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note it might take up to 1 week for arrival.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All items will be shipped by Norwegian Postal Service within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. We recommend choosing shipping option with tracking on larger orders.
VAT, TAXES AND IMPORT FEE
Buyer are responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes liable to your country.Please make sure you have read and understood the rules applying to your country before ordering. We do not deduct VAT for international orders.
RETURN COST
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please get in touch as soon as you receive the item. We will do our best to help you. You may request a replacement of items or a refund within 14 days following the delivery of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are paid by customer.
You must return the items in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.

Please email us at sale@touchofeeva.no to inform us that you are returning goods to us. Please write RETURN and your order number in the email title.
